University Mental Health Day 2022

This year's University Mental Health Day falls on March 3rd 2022. University Mental Health Day is an opportunity to bring together the whole University community to highlight mental health amongst students and staff and shed light on prioritising our mental health and wellbeing.

University Mental Health Day is jointly run by Student Minds and the University Mental Health Advisory Network (UMHAN). Student Minds is the UK's student mental health charity that works to empower students and members of the University community to look after their own mental health, support others and create change. UMHAN is a network made up of mental health specialists who work in Higher Education who provide support to students who are experiencing mental health difficulties.

You can get involved in University Mental Health Day by using the hashtag #UniMentalHealthDay. Social media is a great way to reach lots of people across the country and encourage the continued conversation and raise awareness. You can join the campaign by sharing your views of how and why you want to shape the future of student mental health.
